GE Mark V
The GE Mark V is one of the most widely installed Speedtronic turbine control systems globally. Deployed extensively from the late 1980s through the 2000s, it brought TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy) and simplex control configurations to gas and steam turbine management giving operators meaningful choices based on their reliability requirements. Its combination of robust construction and well-understood control logic means that many plants continue to run Mark V hardware today with no plans to migrate in the near term.
Mark V systems use a range of dedicated hardware: 531X-series control cards, DS3800-series and DS200-series boards, I/O terminal boards, power supply units, and VME rack modules. These components are generation-specific they cannot be swapped with Mark VI or Mark VIe hardware and genuine replacements are becoming progressively harder to source as OEM production has long ceased for this platform.
Evaflux is a supplier of GE Mark V Speedtronic spare parts for power generation companies, EPC contractors, and plant maintenance teams. We carry individual boards and card sets across the full 531X and DS3800 families. Browse the products listed below, or contact us with a part number for an immediate availability check.
