The 3720 Analog Input Module is a high-density, safety-grade analog input solution designed for critical industrial control and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). It supports 64 single-ended analog input signals with robust field-to-system isolation of at least 800 VDC, ensuring secure and reliable signal acquisition in harsh industrial environments.

Each input channel independently receives variable voltage or current signals, converts them into precise digital values, and transmits them to the system processors on demand. A mid-value selection algorithm is applied during each scan cycle to guarantee data accuracy and consistency, even under fault conditions.
