The Bently Nevada 3500/50 Tachometer Module is a high-performance speed monitoring solution within the Bently Nevada 3500 Series Machinery Protection System, designed to measure and monitor the rotational speed and phase reference of critical rotating machinery. This module is essential for detecting overspeed, underspeed, zero speed, and shaft phase position, enabling reliable machinery protection and efficient operational control.
The 3500/50 accepts input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups to provide accurate speed measurements across a wide operating range. It supports multiple speed measurement modes, including revolutions per minute (RPM) and frequency (Hz), making it suitable for a wide variety of machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
